These Terms of Service govern the use of dilerservices.com and the services provided by Diler Services LLC ("Diler Services").

Nature of the service

Diler Services is a document preparation and filing service. It prepares and submits business filings based on information supplied by the client and provides registered agent service. Diler Services LLC is not a law firm and does not give legal or tax advice. Clients with legal or tax questions should consult a licensed attorney or CPA.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Diler Services files the information as submitted.

Fees

Service fees are published on the services and pricing page. State fees are passed through at cost and are paid to the State of Florida.

Processing times

Diler Services submits filings within 1 business day of receiving complete information. Approval times are set by the State of Florida and the IRS and are outside the control of Diler Services.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Diler Services for any claim related to a service is limited to the service fee paid for that service.
