1-business-day submission guarantee
Diler Services submits each LLC formation filing within 1 business day of receiving complete information. If Diler Services does not submit within that time, the $89 formation service fee is refunded in full.
State fees
State fees are paid to the State of Florida. Once a filing has been submitted, state fees are not refundable.
Free name refile
If the State of Florida rejects the requested business name, Diler Services refiles with a new name chosen by the client at no additional service fee.
How to request a refund
Refund requests may be sent to info@toromovers.com with the order details.
