What a Florida LLC files after formation

Forming the LLC is the first filing. Keeping it active with the State of Florida takes a few recurring steps: an annual report every year, a registered agent on record at all times, and an update whenever company details change. Diler Services prepares and submits these filings for a flat service fee, with state fees passed through at cost.

Each service below has its own page with full details and an order form. No payment is taken on the website. After you order, we email you a secure payment link.
